Dashboard - Restaurant Schedule

Adding a New Schedule


Step 1: Log in to your eatOS Dashboard and navigate to the Restaurant tab.



Step 2: Click on Schedule, then select + New Schedule.



Step 3: Fill in the required details

  1. Schedule Name*

Name of the schedule

  1. Schedule Date*

Set the start date and end date of the schedule. The set schedule will reflect and take effect on all devices with the set start and end date

  1. Custom Schedule

Enabling a custom schedule will give you the ability to create a custom schedule for each day of the week.

  1. Schedule Days*

Enabling scheduled days will give you the capacity to create schedules for different days. If enabled, configure the service schedule for each day of the week

  1. Service Name*

Enter the service name which also refers to the restaurant shift schedule

  1. From Time*

Set the start time of the schedule

  1. End Time*

Set the end time of the schedule

  1. Next Day

If your restaurant schedule ends on the following day, activate the "Next Day" toggle button if applicable.

  1. Copy Button

Tap the copy button to replicate the start and end times for each day of the week.


How to edit a restaurant schedule


To edit an existing schedule: Hover over Date Created and select “Edit”. Update the necessary information and save your changes.



Archiving a Schedule


Step 1: To archive, tap the “Archive” icon



Step 2: Select “Yes, Archived it!” to archive the schedule or select “Cancel” to go back without deleting the schedule.



Unarchiving a Schedule


Step 1: Access the “Archive” tab.


Step 2: Click the three-dot icon next to the archived schedule.


Step 3: Choose “Unarchive”



Step 4: Confirm the action by selecting “Yes, unarchive it!” or opt for “Cancel” to retain the archive.



Permanently Deleting a Schedule


Step 1: Go to the “Archive” tab.


Step 2: Click the three-dot icon next to the archived schedule.


Step 3: Select “Permanently Delete” to remove the schedule permanently.



Step 4: Confirm by clicking “Yes, permanently delete it!” or choose “Cancel” to return to the archive.
