Step 2: Select "Edit" to respond.
Step 3: Enter your response message in the message box.
Step 4: Click "Send" to communicate with your customer.

To access Sales Feedback on the eatOS Dashboard, follow these steps:

Select the Feedback Option: Look for the "Feedback" option within the Sales section and click on it.
Select the Date Range: Use the date range selector for the period you want to review feedback.
Review Sales Feedback: The Sales Feedback page will display insights and feedback from your sales transactions.
