Within this article, you'll navigate through simple steps for adding, editing, archiving, viewing, unarchiving, and permanently deleting guest details in your account. How to Add a New Guest


To Add a New Guest using the dashboard guest management:




Step-by-step-Guide:


Step 1: Left Navigation bar, tap on Guests. From the options, select Guestbook.



Step 2: Tap on the New Guest button



Step 3 Fill in the necessary fields. and tap the Add button to save.

Mandatory fields are denoted by (*).

How to Edit Guest Details


Is there a change in your guest's information? No problem! Follow these simple steps to edit guest details:



Step 1: Locate the guest whose details you want to edit.



Step 2: Hover over the Date Created section and tap on the pen icon to "Edit".



Step 3: Update the required information.



Step 4: Save your changes.



How to Archive a Guest


If you need to temporarily remove a guest from your active list, follow these steps:



Step 1: Find the guest you want to archive.


Step 2: Hover over the Date Created section and tap on “Archive”.



Step 3: Confirm the action by selecting “Yes, archive it!”.


Step 4: To cancel without archiving, click “Cancel”.





How to View Guest Information


To quickly access information about a guest, follow these steps:


Step 1: Identify the guest whose details you want to view.


Step 2: Hover over the Date Created section and select “Info”.



Step 3: A pop-up form will display the guest's details.



How to Unarchive a Guest


If you want to reactivate an archived guest, here's how:



Step 1: Go to the “Archive” tab.



Step 2: Click the 3-dot icon next to their name and choose “Unarchive” from the options.



Step 3: Confirm by clicking “Yes, unarchive it!”.


Step 4: To cancel, click “Cancel”.



How to Permanently Delete a Guest


For cases when you need to remove a guest permanently, follow these instructions:



Step 1: Go to the “Archive” tab.


Step 2: Find the guest you want to delete permanently.


Step 3: Click the 3-dot icon next to their name and select “Permanently Delete” from the options.



Step 4: Confirm by clicking “Yes, permanently delete it!”.


Step 5: To cancel, click “Cancel”.
