Online Ordering - Driver Management

Learn how to effectively manage drivers within the online ordering system, including adding new drivers and viewing or archiving driver information.

Navigating the Driver Management System

On the Online Ordering section, click on "Driver" to open the Driver Management interface.



Understanding the Interface:

Active/Archived Tabs: Switch between viewing active drivers and archived drivers.

Driver Information Table: View the current drivers, their addresses, and the date they were created.

Search Bar: Quickly find drivers by entering their information in the search field.

New Driver Button: Click to add a new driver to the system.



Adding a New Driver

To add a new driver, click the "+ New Driver" button.

Fill in Driver Information:

a. Fields Required: First Name, Last Name, Phone

b. Optional Fields: Email, Address, License Number

Note: Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.

Click "Save" to add the driver to the system and click "Cancel" if you need to discard the information.



Managing Existing Drivers

In the Driver Information table, view the details such as name, address, and date created.

Use the Active and Archived tabs to filter drivers based on their current status.
