How to customize your restaurant receipt


Step 1: From your eatOS dashboard, navigate to “Restaurant Setup”



Step 2: Select “Receipt Builder” and configure settings

Logo

Upload your restaurant logo to be displayed at the top of your receipt

Theme Settings

Theme selector

Choose a theme color that will be associated with your restaurant receipt.

Receipt Information

Business Name

Enter your restaurant/business name

Show Location

If this feature is enabled, your location will be displayed on the receipt.

Show item description

If this feature is enabled, the item description will be shown on the receipt.

Restaurant phone number

Enter your restaurant phone number

Website

Enter the online store URL/website

Custom Text

Input a custom message

Return Policy

You have the option to generate a return policy using the AI feature or input a custom return policy message.

Address Information

Address

Provide your restaurant's complete address, including the city, state, and zip code.

Social Media Information

Social Media

By enabling this feature, you can include your social media links on your receipt for display.

Facebook

Enter your restaurant's Facebook link

Instagram

Enter your restaurant's Instagram link

Twitter

Enter your restaurant's Twitter link

LinkedIn

Enter your restaurant's LinkedIn link

Tiktok

Enter your restaurant TikTok link



You can preview the receipt on the left side of the page. These configurations will also be reflected in the digital receipts sent via email.
